Family Scholarship Information

The Leisure Services Department provides up to 200 qualifying low-income families with $125 in scholarship credits which can be used for program registration, pavilion rentals, and other services provided through the department. Applicants may use their credits upon completion of the application process. Scholarship funds will expire on June 30, 2024.

WebTrac Registration System

The WebTrac registration system is a one-stop shop for all your Leisure Services needs including:

  • Adult and youth programs, classes, and activities
  • Facility reservations including parks, pavilions, ballfields, and more
  • Aquatics including swim lessons, pool passes, and pool rentals
  • Miller Riverview Park and Campground reservations
  • Port of Dubuque Marina reservations
  • Tee times and golf lessons and programs at Bunker Hill Golf Course
  • Pet park passes
  • Eagle Point Park passes and more!

Let's Go! Fall 2023 Activities Guide Now Available

Registration for fall programs opens at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 30.

The Let's Go! activities guide is published three times per year: Winter/Spring, Summer, and Fall. It includes recreational and educational programming through the Recreation Division including parent/caregiver and child classes, youth enrichment classes for kids of all ages, karate, after-school sports, adult athletics, swimming lessons, adaptive sports, and more! It also features programs at the Multicultural Family Center and Carnegie-Stout Public Library.
