The Miracle League of Dubuque Complex is located at Veterans Memorial Park (2790 Miracle League Drive) and is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. This facility offers an all-inclusive playground and baseball field providing children and adults of all abilities the chance to play alongside their peers. The complex features:

  • A cushioned, rubberized surface to prevent injuries
  • Wheelchair accessible play equipment and baseball field for users of all abilities and age groups
  • Completely flat surface to eliminate barriers for wheelchairs
  • Accessible bleacher seating available

The Miracle League Complex also includes restrooms, changing rooms, benches, swings, covered pavilions, picnic tables, and more!

Other Veterans Memorial Park amenities include:

  • Three softball diamonds
  • Four tennis courts
  • Playground equipment
  • Picnic tables
  • Barbecue grills
  • Disc golf course
  • Many acres of heavily wooded land

Miracle League Baseball League

Nearly 1,700 children and youth in the Dubuque School District have been diagnosed with some type of disability. More than 4,000 children and youth with disabilities live in the surrounding area. Most recreational facilities are not accessible for individuals with disabilities and they have very limited opportunities to participate in sports leagues. 

The Miracle League of Dubuque baseball field offers these individuals the opportunity to experience the joy of being a part of a team as they fully participate in our national pastime and play along with their able-bodied peers on a field and playground that is 100% accessible to them.
