The City of Dubuque Housing & Community Development Department is no longer accepting applications for Homebuyer Assistance loans.

Finally Home!

All individuals interested in homeownership may complete the Finally Home! homebuyer readiness course. You may complete the online course at your own convenience and at your own pace. It guides you through the home buying process so you feel comfortable and confident with your homeownership choices. Invest in your future and register for Finally Home!
