2. Tours of the Eagle Point Water Treatment Plant are available Monday through Friday, pending staff availability and operational needs.

   • Schedule in advance: Tours must be requested at least two weeks before your desired date.
   • To ensure the safety and security of all visitors and staff, the City of Dubuque requires all tour participants to follow the tour guidelines. Please review the guidelines carefully before requesting a tour.
