S. Grandview Avenue will have a lane closure between Randall Street and State Street for private sewer and water service repair starting 8:00 a.m Tuesday Oct. 26 to 5 p.m Thursday Oct. 28. Two-way traffic will be in place for this section and on-street parking will be effected until Tuesday Nov. 2.
