Beginning at 7 AM, Tuesday, January 12, Hill Street will be closed to northbound traffic between West 5th Street and West 8th Street to replace a water and sewer service at 706 Hill Street. Southbound traffic will be allowed to travel through the work area. Anticipated opening: 5 PM, Thursday, January 14.
