Fifth St. will be closed tomorrow (Tues., Jan. 8) between Main St. and Locust St. beginning at 6 p.m. and will remain closed until 3 a.m. on Jan. 11 due to a permitted special event at the Five Flags Center.
The closed area will be used for parking of event vehicles.
