Our City parks will remain open and accessible to visitors year-round, however, water will be turned off so restrooms and drinking fountains will not be available, and pavilions will not be available to rent/utilize until the 2020 park season opens up on Monday, May 4th.

The City of Dubuque offers 50 parks covering 973 acres and features trails, camping, disc golf, fishing, in-line hockey, picnicking, playgrounds, tennis, trails, skateboarding, softball and baseball, and more.  Check out our new Parks Division web page for an online map of Dubuque’s parks at www.cityofdubuque.org/parks.

Reservations may be made online at www.cityofdubuque.org/parks (for most pavilions) or by CALLING* the Leisure Services Department at 563-589-4263.  Payment is required at time reservation is made.  If reservation is made online or by telephone, MasterCard or Visa credit card will be required for payment.  Reservations for park pavilions may be made 11 months in advance; reservations for the Port of Dubuque Alliant Energy Amphitheater and/or the American Trust River’s Edge Plaza may be made 15 months in advance.
