The eastbound lane of Windsor Avenue between E. 24th and E. 22nd will be closed for city sanitary manhole repair beginning on Monday, July 24th from 8 AM through Friday, July 28th at 5PM. The northbound lane will remain open. Southbound motorists will need to follow the posted detour route.
