Effective immediately, 11th Street, between Bluff & Locust Streets, will be limited to one traffic lane. The eastbound traffic lane will be closed due to the Carnegie-Stout Public Library Renovation. Detour signs are posted. It is anticipated that this area will be open by 5 PM on Friday, December 18, 2009.
