Summer 2014 Adult Softball Leagues/29th Annual Pre-Season Softball Tournament. Registration materials are available for our softball leagues and our 29th Annual Pre-Season Softball Tournament. Registration deadline for the Annual Pre-Season Softball Tournament was Monday, March 24th (still spots available - contact our office!); registration deadline for softball teams is Friday, April 18th. The completed team roster and total entry fee are required. Our Annual Pre-Season Softball Tournament dates are Saturday, May 3rd and Sunday, May 4th (raindates are Saturday, May 10th and Sunday, May 11th). Our 2014 adult softball leagues will begin play on Sunday, May 4th. Tournament entry fee is $59 per team and softball registration fee is $530.

Summer 2014 Adult Volleyball Leagues. Registration materials are available. Registration deadline for volleyball teams is Monday, April 14th. The completed team roster and total entry fee of $180 per team are required. Our 2014 volleyball leagues will begin play on May 6th.

Registration materials may be obtained one of the following ways:

1. Online at www.cityofdubuque.org/adultathletics; select Team Registration Materials.
2. Send our department an email at parkrec@cityofdubuque.org and request forms to be emailed, faxed or mailed to you.
3. Call our office at 563-589-4263 and request a set of registration materials to be emailed, faxed or mailed to you.
4. Stop by the Leisure Services Department at 2200 Bunker Hill Road between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to pick up a set of registration materials.
