The Leisure Services Department is currently distributing the Holiday 2013 Tags.
City of Dubuque refuse customers may present their November 2013 City Utility Bill to the Leisure Services Department prior to Friday, December 20th, to receive one complimentary green "extra garbage" tag. (NOTE: The Leisure Services Department will be closed on Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.)
