Seippel Road will be closed between Cottingham Road and Counsins Road Monday, September 9 at 7AM to Friday, September 20 (tentative). A detour route will be posted directing drivers onto Old Highway Road to Cousins Road, as well as in the reverse direction. Utility construction and pavement repairs will be completed as part of the Dubuque Industrial Center South addition located on Seippel Road.
