[ARCHIVED] Police Investigating 3rd Shooting

On June 12th, 2013, at 3:13 p.m., Dubuque Police responded to the area of 15th and Iowa Streets on the report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located evidence indicating multiple shots had been fired near 35 West 15th Street.

On June 12th, 2013, at 3:13 p.m., Dubuque Police responded to the area of 15th and Iowa Streets on the report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers located evidence indicating multiple shots had been fired near 35 West 15th Street. The initial indication is that multiple subjects were potentially involved, but all fled prior to police arrival. There are no known injuries and police are currently processing the scene and conducting multiple interviews with potential witnesses. The review of surveillance footage from area businesses and traffic monitoring cameras is also in progress. Additional police personnel have been deployed to the area and investigators continue to evaluate whether the most recent shootings are related.
