On May 24th, 2013, Dubuque Police, along with the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, the Iowa State Patrol, City of Dubuque Animal Control Unit and City of Dubuque Park Patrol Unit conducted a multi-agency safety and enforcement project focused on the areas of the City experiencing higher volumes of calls for service. Enforcement efforts included special attention to traffic violations, problems in parks and animal control issues including vaccinations and licensing.

The project was operational from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and officers from the above agencies issued both traffic citations and warnings. The specific number & nature of offenses were as follows:
