Loras Blvd will be reduced to one lane with alternating traffic allowed between Prairie St and Walnut St beginning at 8:15 am Thursday, March 14th with 12:30 pm same day re-open. Alternating traffic will be controlled by on-site flaggers due to obstructed visibility in the area. Motorists are encouraged to use caution and obey temporary traffic control in the area.
