Dubuque's parks do not officially open for the 2012 season until May 5, but you can reserve pavilions and park facilities now for your special gatherings.
Pavilion reservations may be made 23 months in advance. Payment is required at the time the reservation is made. If reservation is made per telephone, MasterCard or Visa will be required; if reservation is made in person, payment will be accepted with cash, check or credit card.
