Keyline Transit will not operate on Friday, Dec. 24; Saturday, Dec. 25; Friday, Dec. 31; and Saturday, Jan. 1. The IBM Shuttle service will not operate on Friday, Dec. 24, and Monday, Jan. 3, 2011. During NICC's winter break, Dec. 15 - Jan. 10, West End Tripper will NOT provide service to NICC. However, the Red Line will continue to serve the Dubuque Industrial Park companies along Radford Road and Chavenelle
