The public's input is requested regarding Dubuque County's community health needs. There will be four Town Hall meetings held so the public can have every opportunity to give their input.
THE 6 PUBLIC HEALTH RESPONSIBILITIES/GOALS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED AS:
* Prevent injuries
* Promoting healthy behaviors
* Strengthening the public health infrastructure
* Preventing epidemics and spread of disease
* Protecting against environmental hazards
* Preparing for, responding to and recovering from public health emergencies.

* October 25, 2010 - 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at Mercy Medical Center in Dyersville
* October 26, 2010 - 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at Finley Hospital Auditoriums A - D
* October 27, 2010 - Noon - 1:30 p.m. at Finley Delhi Medical Center, 1500 Delhi, Delhi Conference Room 3300
* October 27, 2010 - NICC Conference Center, Peosta (1st level, east side of building)
