On September 29th, 2010, the Dubuque and Asbury Police Departments conducted a two hour traffic enforcement project on Middle Road at Heacock and Seippel Road at Chavenelle.
The purpose of the project was to address citizen-generated complaints regarding excessive speed. 37 citations and warnings were issued for the following violations:

No Insurance 4
Improper Pass 1
No Drivers License 1
Loud/Defective Muffler 1
