[ARCHIVED] Intersection Closure: 14th & Elm Streets

Beginning at 7 AM on Wednesday, September 22, 2010, the intersection of 14th & Elm Streets will be closed to replace a watermain. All traffic will be detoured around the closed intersection. Anticipated opening: 11 AM, September 23.
