Due to a City-permitted special event, W 5th St. from Main St. to Locust St. will be closed at 8 a.m. on Friday, October 18 until Monday, October 28 at 9 p.m.
W 4th St. will also be closed on October 18 from 12 p.m. until approximately 9 p.m.
