Due to a City-permitted special event, Washington St. will be closed from E. 9th St. to E. 11th and E 10th St. will be closed from Jackson St. to Elm St. on Friday, Sept. 13 from 12:00 p.m. until 10 p.m.
The 10th St. parking lot/ramp will be open for parking.
