UPDATE 6/25/24: Due to weather, North Grandview Ave. from Loras Blvd. to Rosedale Ave. will have a northbound lane closure from 8 a.m. Monday, July 1, until 5 p.m. Friday, July 19.
Due to roadway reconstruction, North Grandview Ave. from Loras Blvd. to Rosedale Ave. will have a northbound lane closure from 8 a.m. Wednesday, June 26, until 5 p.m Friday, July 19.
This closure is the first phase in this reconstruction project that will impact traffic on North Grandview Ave. between Loras Blvd. and Rosedale Ave. until mid-August. Additional lane closures should be anticipated as the project continues. Work is expected to be completed prior to the strat of the 2024-25 school year.
Northbound traffic will be detoured to North Algona St.
Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time. View a map of current closures/detours.
