Due to roadway reconstruction, North Grandview Ave. from Loras Blvd. to Rosedale Ave. will have a northbound lane closure from Wednesday, June 26, until Friday, July 19.
This closure is the first phase in this reconstruction project that will impact traffic on North Grandview Ave. between Loras Blvd. and Rosedale Ave. until mid-August. Additional lane closures should be anticipated as the project continues. Work is expected to be completed prior to the strat of the 2024-25 school year.
Northbound traffic will be detoured to North Algona St.
Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time. View a map of current closures/detours.
