S Grandview Ave. lane shift from Randall Pl. to Henderson St.

Due to water main valve replacement, northbound lanes of S Grandview Ave from Randall Pl. to Henderson St. will be closed from 7:00 a.m. Wednesday Oct. 11, until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday Oct. 18. Northbound traffic will be detoured onto one lane of southbound S Grandview Ave.  Motorists will need to follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.  Parking on S Grandview Ave. will be affected during this project.  View a map of current closures/detours.  If you have questions regarding the closure/detour, please contact the City of Dubuque Water Department at 563-589-4291.
