Loras Boulevard will have the north side parking restricted between the Westiminster Presbyterian Church to Auburn Street for a event line starting 6:00 a.m Saturday Dec. 18 to 10 a.m Saturday Dec 18. Residents in this area are encouraged to move vehicles.
