The westbound lane on Pennsylvania Ave will be closed between Vizaleea Dr. and Key Way Dr. for private utility work from 7 a.m. Wednesday, July 21 to 5 p.m. Friday, July 23. Westbound motorists will be allowed to drive through a shifted lane. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
