Hillcrest Road between John F. Kennedy Road and Key Way Drive will have alternating lane closures for private utility work from 7 a.m. Tuesday, July 28th to 5 p.m. Wednesday, July 29th. Motorists will be merged to the center turn lane and two-way traffic will be maintained.
