Pennsylvania Avenue between Seippel Road and Heacock Road will be closed to through traffic for an emergency shoulder repair. The work will begin at 7:00 am on Wednesday, November 20th and be completed by 5:00 pm Friday, November 22nd, 2019. Motorists are asked to follow the posted detour. The City of Dubuque appreciates your patience during this construction work.
