E Tenth St. will be closed between Elm St. and through the intersection of E Tenth and Washington St. as well as Washington St. between E Tenth and E Ninth beginning at 12 p.m. on Fri., Sept. 20.
Street closures will remain in effect until 12 am (midnight) on Saturday, Sept. 21 are are due to a permitted special event that is taking place in the area.
