Fifth Street will be closed between Main St. and Locust St. beginning Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 6 p.m. and will remain closed until Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 3 a.m. due to a permitted special event at the Five Flags Center.
This closed area will be used for event vehicle parking.
