A portion of E 32nd St. will remain closed until 9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, for repair of the road surface following water main repair.
Traffic will be detoured from Jackson St. to E 24th St., to Windsor Ave., to Davis St., to Sheridan Rd. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
