Fifth St. will be closed between Main and Locust on Wed., Jan. 23 beginning at 6 p.m. and will remain closed until 3 a.m. on Fri., Jan. 25 due to a permitted special event at Five Flags Center. The closed area will be used for event vehicle parking.
