[ARCHIVED] Teen / Adult Classes Offered

The Leisure Services Department is offering Teen and Adult Classes during the Winter and Spring months. Please see list below.


CURRENT ACTIVITIES available at the Bunker Hill Clubhouse:


We welcome all Teens and/or Adults to join us for the following Winter - Spring classes.  NOTE:  Pre-registration is required.


Teen Yoga held on Thursday evenings during the months of January through May at Challenge To Change.  Fees:   $40 for resident; $48 for non-resident.


Martial Arts and Self-Defense held on Mondays during the months of January through April at the Dubuque Karate Club.  Fees:  $25 for resident; $30 for non-resident.


Tactical Weapons Academy on Wednesdays during the months of January through April at the Dubuque Karate Club.  Fees:  $25 for resident; $30 for non-resident.


Tae Kwon Do on Tuesday and Thursday evenings during the months of January through May at the Comiskey Center.  FREE, but pre-registration is required.


Women's Self-Defense on Monday evenings during the months of January through May at the Comiskey Center.  FREE, but pre-registration is required.


Chair Yoga...And So Much More on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 7:30 to 8:15 am at the Bunker Hill Clubhouse.  Fees:  $40 for resident; $48 for non-resident.  Session I* is January 2nd through January 30th; Session II is February 4th through February 27th.  (*NOTE:  Due to no class on Monday, January 14th, makeup class will be held on Thursday, January 17th.)


Specialty Cross Stitching held on Saturday, April 13th at Allison-Henderson (lower level).  FREE, but pre-registration is required.


Let's Plant A Garden held on Saturday, April 27th at the City of Dubuque Greenhouse located at 2241 Lincoln Avenue.  Fees:  $10 for resident; $12 for non-resident.
