Pavilions/Council Ring Areas are available to rent in A.Y. McDonald, Eagle Point, Flora, Jackson, Miller Riverview, Murphy, Port of Dubuque and Washington Parks.
Reservations may be made online at www.cityofdubuque.org/parks (for most pavilions) or by calling the Leisure Services Department at 563-589-4263. The Leisure Services Department is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Payment is required at time reservation is made.
If reservation is made online or by telephone, MasterCard or Visa credit card will be required; if reservation is made in person, payment will be accepted with cash, check or credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
Reservations may be made 23 months in advance.
