The westbound lane of Hillcrest Road will be closed between Asbury and Mullin for water main repair from 8 AM tomorrow, Thursday 1/25, to 12 PM (noon) Friday 1/26. The eastbound lane will remain open. Westbound motorists will need to follow the posted detour route. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
