The westbound lane of Loras Boulevard will be closed between Dell and Henion for private water/sewer service repair from 8 AM Monday 11/6 to 5 PM Monday 11/13. The eastbound lane will remain open. Westbound motorists will need to follow the posted detour. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
