A Family Resource and Fun Fair will be held on Saturday, October 7th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Grand River Center, located at 350 Bell Street in Dubuque.
This FREE event will connect families to organizations and businesses offering programs, services and products for children. Join us for some fun with balloon artists, inflatables, hands-on activities, fantastic giveaways and much more.
