The southbound lane of Fremont Avenue between N. Cascade Road and Dorothy Kay will be shifted for private utility work beginning on Wednesday, Aug. 16th starting at 8 AM to Thursday, Aug. 17th, 5 PM. Southbound traffic will be shifted to the north to the center turn lane. Motorists should use caution near temporary traffic control.
