Due to a private utility service repair, E. 24th St. will be closed just east of Elm St. from 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28. The Elm and Prince St. intersection will remain open. Motorists are asked to follow the posted detour route.
