The southbound lane of Rockdale Road will be closed between Twin Valley and Maquoketa from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday 6/12, for a public watermain connection. The northbound lane will remain open during this time. Southbound motorists will need to follow the posted detour. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
