Emmett Street will be closed between Bluff and Saint Mary’s from 8 AM tomorrow, Tuesday 3/28, to 5 PM Wednesday 3/29 for private utility service repair. During this time, Saint Mary’s Street will become a temporary two-way street to accommodate traffic in this area. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
