Due to weather, the eastbound lane of Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed between JFK and Butterfield from 8:30 AM to 5 PM on Wednesday, September 14. The westbound lane will remain open during this time. Eastbound motorists will need to follow the posted detour. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
