The eastbound lane of Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed between Green and Cherry for water service installation from 7 a.m. tomorrow, Tuesday July 26, to 5 p.m. Wednesday August 3. The westbound lane will remain open during this time. Eastbound traffic will need to follow the posted detour route. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
