The JFK and Pennsylvania Ave. intersection will be CLOSED starting at 4 p.m. today for paving. It will remain closed until 7 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 6, at which time the entire intersection, including Pennsylvania Ave., will be fully open for traffic.
