Lowell Street will have shifting closures between N. Main and Schroeder to accommodate sanitary sewer manhole replacement. Mobilization and material storage will begin at 8 AM Monday 3/14 with construction and street closures starting at 8 AM Tuesday 3/15. The project is anticipated to last 3 weeks. Residents will be allowed access on either side of these shifting closures. If you have questions regarding this, contact City Engineering at 589-4270.
