Due to utility work related to the Upper Bee Branch Creek Restoration Project, the section of Elm St. adjacent to the Morrison Brothers Co. building between E. 24th St. and E. 25th St. will closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, November 20.
Motorists should follow the posted detour route.
