The alumni basketball tournament is open for high school graduates of Hempstead, Senior, Wahlert and East Dubuque. Maximum of 16 teams per men's division allowed; women's tournament format will be determined by the number of entries. See below for info.
Masters Division, graduate in 1994 or earlier
Classic Division, graduate of 1995 - 2004
Modern Division, graduate of 2005 - 2014
Women's Division, graduate of any year
The Modern and Women's Divisions will play on March 20th, 21st and 22nd, 2015.
The Masters and Classic Divisions will play on March 27th, 28th and 29th, 2015.
All players on the roster must have graduated from the same school in the same year. Exceptions: Graduating classes from 1986 or earlier can combine players from 3 consecutive years and graduating classes from 1994 or earlier can combine players from 2 consecutive years. However, they must be graduates from the same school. Copies of school yearbooks will be required at courtside.
Registration information will be available soon on our website at www.cityofdubuque.org/adultathletics, at the Leisure Services Department between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, and will be available soon at KGRR - The Rock 97.3 FM, located at 1055 University Avenue in Dubuque.
Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of two games with a team entry fee of $75 per team.
