The portion of Elm Street between 9th and 12th Streets in the Historic Millwork District that has been closed for reconstruction since April will reopen for two-way traffic on Monday, Aug. 25.
In addition to converting the street from one-way to two-way traffic, this project included complete reconstruction with new concrete pavement with brick accents, new sidewalks, shared bike/vehicle lanes, and street lighting.
